What to do if you need to return an item

If you received the wrong item, please take a photo of the product and Contact Us as soon as possible. You will be informed how to send the item back to us. We will cover the cost of returning the item and get the correct item out to you.

If you received a damaged item, please take a photo of the product and Contact Us as soon as possible. You will be informed how to send the item back to us.

If you need to update the shipping address, please Contact Us as soon as possible and we will try to update the shipping address of your order manually, if it was not yet dispatched.

It is possible to change or update an order if it was not yet dispatched. You receive a notification when the items have been shipped and after that moment it is not possible to change or cancel an order anymore.

It is possible to leave your e-mail address on the product page and we will send you an e-mail when we have the item again for sale.
